Description
Description
Prefabricated rubber athletic court surfaces are globally recognized as replacements for traditional PU (polyurethane) surfaces. The one-time embossing process ensures perfect quality and offers numerous advantages, including strong wear resistance, anti-slip properties, shock absorption, excellent elasticity, anti-aging properties, and long-lasting durability. Furthermore, they do not suffer from issues such as rubber granules detaching from the surface, and they can be recycled after reaching the end of their lifespan. These pickleball surfaces have been certified as environmentally friendly products. By utilizing natural rubber as the main material, we are able to provide a better and more comfortable sports environment for players.
The pickleball court surfaces consist of two layers, with the upper layer slightly harder than the lower layer. The waffle pattern on the surface forms 8400 air cushions per square meter when glued onto the asphalt base. This further enhances its anti-slip, elastic, and shock-absorbing properties, making it safer for players.
Dimensions & Sizes
A pickleball court is the same size as a doubles badminton court and measures 20×44 feet. In pickleball, the same court is used for both singles and doubles play. The net height is 36 inches at the sidelines and 34 inches in the middle. The court is striped similar to a tennis court with right and left service courts and a 7-foot non-volley zone in front of the net (referred to as the “kitchen”). Courts can be constructed specifically for pickleball or they can be converted using existing tennis or badminton courts.
