Description
Bottom layer consists of black styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) pellets bonded to a specially formulated 100% solids MDI-based one-component polyurethane to a thickness of 10 mm (3/8 in.)
The top layer consists of specially formulated colored polyurethane into ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) with particles embedded before curing, 3 mm (1/8 in.) thick.
Natural rubber has excellent properties of high elastic insulation, waterproof, low specific gravity, after appropriate treatment with alkali, heat, cold, pressure. Full solid be consistent from beginning to end, and has maximum compression deformation. Its advanced partition design maximizes absorption and recovery of energy.
Service life up to 8 years
Rubber track is widely used in schools and large stadiums.
