Prefabricated Rubber Running Track System
NTTR
NOVOTRACK athletics tracks are prefabricated, made with vulcanized rubber under controlled factory conditions. NTTR is the ideal athletic track surface for facilities dedicated to both competition and training because it guarantees athletes the perfect combination of shock absorption, vertical deformation and energy return.
Foundation
Before the construction of a prefabricated rubber track, the ground must meet certain hardness standards. Therefore, the foundation of the prefabricated rubber track must be properly cured.
Surface Layer
The upper surface layer with better anti-skid and drainage.The top layer is wear-resistant, protecting the roll and providing
UV resistance, anti-aging,
increased friction, and anti-slip effects.It's made of natural rubber.
Base Layer
The lower layer is a concave air cushion arranged side by side, with an average of 8400 holes and grooves per square meter.The bottom layer is honeycomb-designed to maximize anchoring density.
Adhesive
