On the evening of August 25, 2022, the 25th Shandong Provincial Games opened at the Rizhao Kuishan Sports Center.Novotrack is the running track surface supplier and construction company .The sports center takes "the light of sunshine" as the design concept. It is the first domestic stadium with oval flat spoke type corrugated cable-membrane roof. The sports complex integrating fitness for all fills the gap in Rizhao's high-standard synthetic track and field facility, further enriches the sports and cultural life of the masses, and contributes to the construction of a modern seaside sports city in Rizhao.

Rizhao Kuishan Sports Center Stadium has a total construction area of 143,000 square meters. The main body of the project has 1 basement floor and 4 floors above the ground. The building height is 42 meters. A total of 36,000 seats are planned to be constructed. The center of the venue will build a 400m standard sport track and a standard football field for 11 players .The area adopts NOVATRACK 13mm thick running track surfaces, and the auxiliary area adopts 9mm thick synthetic surface. The long jump,pole vault, high jump and other areas used 20mm and 25mm runway surfaces respectively.
